If cancellation of your reservation becomes necessary, all money will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of the reservation.

If the cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days prior to the reservation, the $100.00 deposit is forfeited.

If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days before your reservation, one-half (1/2) of the total amount due plus the security deposit is forfeited.

If the cancellation is less than 7 days prior to the reservation, the entire amount (less the cleaning fee) is forfeited.

After your visit, the $100.00 security deposit will be returned to you following a satisfactory inspection of the cabin. In the unlikely event that the cabin is left in an extreme state of disorder and/or damage, the amount required to cover these costs will be deducted from this deposit.
