Rates & Reservations
This is a request to rent the cabin in the Spice Branch community (Hemlock Ridge) for the dates specified.
Use this form to email us, or you may contact us via telephone (336-817-2213) to confirm your desired dates. Once the dates are confirmed, the deposit of $190 is due within 7 days and will hold your reservation until 2 weeks prior to your visit. Make your check payable to Judy McDowell and mail to 146 River Dr, Advance, NC 27006 or go to the Agree/Pay Online tab and follow the instructions for payment through PayPal. Payment in full is required if it is less than 2 weeks until the reservation begins.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send a confirmation email or letter stating the reservation and the date that the final balance is due (at least 14 days prior to your visit). When the final balance is received, you will receive a confirmation with check-in/check-out procedures along with a detailed map to the cabin.
Check-in time is no earlier than 3 PM; check-out time is 10 AM or earlier.
The nightly rental rate is $150 plus 6% occupancy tax, 6.75% sales tax, $90 cleaning fee, and a refundable $100 security deposit. There is a 2 night minimum stay and a 3 night minimum during holidays. The total cost for your stay would be as follows:
